10 minutes into the session is the cut off time for allowing members into the class. If they arrive after this time please politely communicate this to them. Generally, they will lose the session however reassure them that they can email in at support@reformrevolution.uk (they will be informed of this rule when they purchase their membership)

Monthly memberships will be charged automatically on the same date each month from the debit/credit card stored on account

Any unused class credits associated with memberships will expire at the end of each payment month

Classes, time or monetary value will not be carried over into future months

All class bookings are subject to a 6 hour cancellation policy -10 Gbp cancellation charge - you will not lose your class

All membership fees are non - refundable and non - transferable

Memberships cannot be transferred or shared with other members or non - members

Membership can be terminated at any time via Glofox app - email support@reformrevolution.uk for any member queries. Once you have sent your cancellation through it will take effect for that billing month. You will not be billed for an extra month.

Memberships cannot be paused/suspended

Prices are subject to increases with inflation at the discretion of Reform Revolution

Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you won’t be able to join the class. Your session will generally be lost, but you can email support@reformrevolution.uk to discuss your options.

Monthly Payments: Your membership fee will be automatically charged to your stored debit/credit card on the same date each month.

Class Expiry: Any unused class credits will expire at the end of each payment month and will not carry over.

Cancellations: You can cancel a class up to 6 hours before the start time. If you cancel within 6 hours, a £10 cancellation fee will apply, but you won't lose the class.

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: Membership fees are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred or shared with other members or non-members.

Membership Management: You can cancel your membership anytime via the Glofox app. For any queries, email support@reformrevolution.uk.

No Pauses or Suspensions: Memberships cannot be paused or put on hold.

Price Adjustments: Membership prices may be adjusted in line with inflation at the discretion of Reform Revolution.
