Entry to classes will close 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. For safety and to avoid disruption, anyone arriving later than this will not be able to join the session. If you miss the cut - off, your session will be lost.

Monthly memberships will be charged automatically on the same date each month from the debit/credit card stored on account.

Monthly memberships have a 2 month minimum commitment.

Any unused class credits associated with memberships will expire at the end of each payment month.

Classes, time or monetary value will not be carried over into future months.

All class bookings are subject to a 6 hour cancellation policy - £10 cancellation charge - you will not lose your class.

No Show Fee - £10 - you will not lose your class.

All membership fees are non - refundable and non - transferable.

Memberships cannot be transferred or shared with other members or non - members

Membership can be terminated at any time - email support@reformrevolution.uk for any member queries. Once you have sent your cancellation through it will take effect for that billing month. You will not be billed for an extra month.

Memberships can be paused for up to a month.

Prices are subject to increases with inflation at the discretion of Reform Revolution.

No food is allowed in the studio.
